The location was close to the airport. That was convenient!
The room showed wear and tear and looked dilapidated. Cleaning was not effective, and the noise in the hallway disturbed my sleep. The room was not soundproof, so I heard furniture moving late at night.

the staff greeted me with warm smiles and seemed genuinely happy to help with any request. the main pool near the beach was good, and a smaller pool higher up offered a quieter retreat. breakfast was a highlight.. there was a huge selection of food, with fresh fruit readily available. the landscaping created an intimate feel despite the large hotel.

the rooftop restaurant had great views of the bay, perfect for evenings. also, the suite we received was spacious with a lovely four poster bed.
there were a few things less than ideal. breakfast leaned more on quantity instead of quality, and some items needed quicker replenishment. also, we found only one hand towel in our room.

The rooftop lounge offered marvelous sunset views. I found the staff very helpful, especially with directions. The breakfast had a good selection. The location provided easy access to beachside seafood restaurants.
